You feel expected, almost privileged. On the plate, it's simply remarkable. The cuisine is refined, masterful, and inventive, with fresh and perfectly prepared ingredients. Each dish is as beautiful as it is delicious, a true pleasure for the eyes and especially for the taste buds. It's clearly on a level approaching fine dining, without ever becoming excessive. The setting further enhances the experience: a calm, elegant place, with that soothing atmosphere typical of the Landes region, where you can take the time to savor the moment. What stands out most is the perfect balance between quality, generosity, and simplicity. Nothing is overdone, everything is just right. 22/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise. The food was beautifully presented. And the bill was really reasonable compared to some places that are more expensive and of lower quality. I didn't even have dessert because the menu offered chocolate desserts with fruit... which I'm not a fan of... but it was great because my friend had a gourmet coffee which was delicious, so I enjoyed it too 😁 I'll definitely be back
