My partner introduced me to this place in the heart of St Jean de Marsacq. A simple menu, a short chalkboard of suggestions, and a lovely wine list featuring local wines. Between the roasted Camembert with new potatoes and the pork prima, a delightful burst of freshness. For dessert, roasted apricots with a scoop of rosemary sorbet, and a chocolate fondant with a scoop of Bailey's ice cream... how can I even begin to describe how excellent lunch was? 👌👍 Truly. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. All accompanied by a glass of fruity Jurançon wine. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Hello, I came to this village for a professional internship and we discovered the Hotel L'Expression with the owners, Marie and Kevin, who were already exceptional. There were about fifteen of us colleagues, and we all share the same opinion. The rooms are simply incredible: beautiful, air-conditioned, and very clean, with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and breakfast essentials at your disposal. The food is also incredible; Chef Kevin will create amazing dishes. In the evenings, I order meal trays with my colleagues. They're not just meal trays; they're so much more—prepared, beautifully packaged, and above all, delicious. And what can I say about the surroundings? Perfect, and the pool is incredible too, with towels available, toilets, sun loungers, and parasols. Just like I told him from the start, it's perfect, there's nothing to complain about. If we could give 10 stars with my colleagues, that's what we would have done. From the moment you arrive, you immediately sense that you're in a special place: a welcome of rare kindness, sincere and natural, the kind you see less and less. You feel expected, almost privileged. On the plate, it's simply remarkable. The cuisine is refined, masterful, and inventive, with fresh and perfectly prepared ingredients. Each dish is as beautiful as it is delicious, a true pleasure for the eyes and especially for the taste buds. It's clearly on a level approaching fine dining, without ever becoming excessive. The setting further enhances the experience: a calm, elegant place, with that soothing atmosphere typical of the Landes region, where you can take the time to savor the moment. What stands out most is the perfect balance between quality, generosity, and simplicity. Nothing is overdone, everything is just right. A rare, almost secret address, the kind you want to keep to yourself… but one that deserves to be known. One thing is certain: you come once out of curiosity, and you return because it's obvious.

A very pleasant surprise. The food was beautifully presented. And the bill was really reasonable compared to some places that are more expensive and of lower quality. I didn't even have dessert because the menu offered chocolate desserts with fruit... which I'm not a fan of... but it was great because my friend had a gourmet coffee which was delicious, so I enjoyed it too 😁 I'll definitely be back
