02/06/2024: Great restaurant in the town of Montoire-sur-le Loire. We have known several owners but the restaurant has always remained the same. Local products and qualities that will allow you to enjoy from starter to dessert.
A little extra for the pizzas which have more access to Italian products since the last change of ownership. Excellent!
The service is top notch and it is a real pleasure to spend time in this place, particularly in summer with the castle view terrace in summer.

As a starter we had the Carpaccio. Maybe just a tiny bit to much oil, but further: very tasty.
Main: the Cannibal pizza
Now, that's a pizza! Great taste. Perfectly cooked.
As a desert: chocolate mousse. Great to fill the last gaps in your stomach. Delicious.
The atmosphere is great. The waiters are friendly, swift and have humor.
Would most definitely recommend!

The welcome is not really there
The big positive point is the portions which are generous, it’s appreciable!
The taste of the meat is not exceptional but the fries are OK.
01/04/2024: Same as some comments here error on the sandwich 2 times already I have spoken to the Mr. of the establishment outside kindly no comments he has no competitors surely for that when they make mistakes they are not afraid of losing customers for information next to the town hall an establishment has opened very discreet but much more pleasant and above all respect

21/01/2024: At the time, this bakery was the best in Montoire, and offered good quality baguettes and rolls, made from quality flour (Viron flour mill in Chartres), and we had 4 baguettes for the price of 3.
None of that today, even at 1.2€ the tradition: compact and pasty white crumb, with a few holes in the center as cells, no more sharp crusts at the ends, but a right-angled cut.
In short, there must have been a change of ownership, and as often for the worse.
17/01/2024: Very good overall, good choice of bread, decent pastries.
Much clearer since the work.
The staff is pleasant and efficient.
