Piron's burger is excellent, as are these well-dressed pizzas.
If the profiteroles could be ordered in batches of 1, 2 or 3 it would be a great finish.
As for Bourgueil with a tip top glass.

21/01/2024: At the time, this bakery was the best in Montoire, and offered good quality baguettes and rolls, made from quality flour (Viron flour mill in Chartres), and we had 4 baguettes for the price of 3.
None of that today, even at 1.2€ the tradition: compact and pasty white crumb, with a few holes in the center as cells, no more sharp crusts at the ends, but a right-angled cut.
In short, there must have been a change of ownership, and as often for the worse.
17/01/2024: Very good overall, good choice of bread, decent pastries.
Much clearer since the work.
The staff is pleasant and efficient.
