08/12/2025: Okay, it's really very good, but the problem is that the sandwich bread is completely open and everything falls out during transport! I prefer my bread to be only half open so that everything stays inside! And I'm not a culinary master, just a cook who graduated from the Blois Hotel School 😉... and former owner of a gourmet restaurant in Chambord 😉

25/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant as a family, thanks to an invitation from my sister who knows the establishment well. I wanted to commend the warm welcome and the quality of the food: exceptional foie gras, a steak tartare with excellent meat, and superb smoked salmon. Congratulations and good value for money.
