03/07/2025: Restaurant with continuous service until 2:30 p.m. at lunchtime. We were seated directly. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is friendly. The team is very kind and we were served quickly.

26/05/2025: Very disappointing. I made the mistake of asking for the sauce ordered with a burger and fries forgotten during service, finally announced as an extra (not specified when ordering) unheard of not even having ONE free sauce to accompany overcooked frozen fries. (Menu = additional sauce 1€ = if we asked for a 2nd sauce not 1€ from the first) So we refused to take the paid sauce, following that no one came back to see us for the rest of the meal, no one came to clear our plates even though the waiters had seen that we had finished, no offer of coffee or dessert. When it came to paying the bill no one asked if everything had gone well. A cruel lack of professionalism and low-end products, we will certainly not return

20/02/2026: A Fresh Start We stopped by "by chance," luckily without having read any reviews. Okay, the facade isn't very inviting with its aging wooden windows. But the entrance is clean and the welcome is courteous. There are three of us. The advertised price is €61! Whoops, that doesn't seem expensive. Well, what a pleasant surprise: a standard hotel room for two people—adequately equipped—with a small adjoining room for an extra bed. Extremely practical! The room is very clean, as is the bathroom (with a bathtub), which, although admittedly a bit dated, has clearly been given a good cleaning. A 5-star hotel full of promise and support for its new beginnings!

07/01/2026: I think readers will hardly believe what they're about to read, given how serious what happened last night was. Our key demagnetized for the second time; these things happen. The real problem arose when we arrived at reception at 9:15 PM and found it closed, even though the website states that someone is always there until 10 PM. What made it even worse was that when we called the emergency number, no one answered, and we were redirected to a booking platform where they spoke to us in English. What made it even worse was that our only option was to sleep in the car, and our heart medication was in the room, inaccessible. This is so serious that this hotel should be shut down and removed from booking platforms. Furthermore, this "chain" is absolutely to be avoided since, in desperation, I sought help as best I could by calling the Kyriad in Blois Nord, which offered me no solution whatsoever, for the following reason: "We are not connected at all." I don't care whether they are connected or not; Kyriad is a well-established group, with hotels bearing the same name, so they should at least be able to offer a solution to help people in this kind of situation. In short, I am absolutely stunned. Avoid at all costs, truly. Response to the response: 1- NO ONE mentioned this so-called terminal to us, even though our card had already been demagnetized once. I honestly question its existence… 2- If you say that the reception "welcomes" you until 10 p.m., then you MUST be present until 10 p.m. 3. If you offer an emergency/on-call number, you MUST be reachable. There is frankly no excuse…

09/02/2026: Hello, I went to McDonald's around 5 PM and ordered veggie nuggets. I hope I don't get food poisoning. Maybe you should change your staff... It's already expensive enough, and if the employees don't respect the food they sell us, it's really sad... The nugget was spoiled. This place shouldn't even be open...

28/01/2026: I was really surprised that the machines stopped working at 10 PM, even though they were supposed to be open until 11 PM. I arrived at 10:40 PM, having been notified the day before. I went straight to the booth, but they completely ignored me. Despite three employees passing by, I had to go inside to ask if they were no longer serving. That's when I was finally served. So I don't know if they're making a mockery of the customer; I'm very puzzled.
