Have us explain that it is not up to us, the Customer, to dictate how to run their store because we are asking to wait a little instead of being overtaken knowing that we had also waited quite a bit... this merchant ( the oldest) is unsympathetic. Humiliation has no place. Of course we expressed our dissatisfaction. What a shame for the Customers who were waiting. In short, bad life experience. Change jobs, please.

13/03/2024: Mixed. It's quite long even when there are few people. The bread isn't really artisanal, it's a chain, but it's not bad either. Interesting sandwiches on the other hand but those that are heated break down easily, it's not great when you want to eat quickly... Recently the apero baguette (paline) remained at the same price while modifying and reducing the weight quite a bit (bread and ingredients) The location is convenient but it's not the best in the area!

09/03/2024: Very difficult to rate this restaurant well. We went there 4 times and loved it every time! Whether it's the fast service, our dishes, the atmosphere, the quality/price ratio... Nothing to complain about, we are satisfied. On the other hand, we found ourselves a good number of times in front of a closed door. Schedules are never updated, holidays never announced on the internet. Again this evening. What a pity !

10/02/2024: I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this restaurant. The manager refused to serve us, simply because we had a one year old baby with us. This is totally unacceptable and discriminatory. Instead of welcoming us warmly, we were treated with contempt and ignorance. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone at all. Customer service is non-existent and the attitude of the staff is scandalous. Avoid this place at all costs.

18/02/2024: Very nice location but the restaurant is old, cold and very impersonal. A pretty terrace could be created. As for the quality of the dishes no comment... What a shame because there would be real potential!

13/11/2023: I privatized the upstairs room to celebrate my 50th birthday and I warmly thank the owners for their welcome, sense of service and for their services! My guests were delighted and had a great evening. The advantage is being able to privatize the room with this very original boat-shaped bar. We can decorate the room according to our tastes and discuss with the owners the entire organization of the evening in advance. Good buffet cocktail (salty and sweet items) Very very good dessert (birthday cake) Delicious homemade punch Congratulations to you for these wonderful memories The Rio was the bar of my youth and it will remain the birthday restaurant of my 50th birthday. I recommend for birthday type privatizations Best wishes
