Compliments to the staff as well.
The breakfast buffet was remarkable for its variety and quality. A hotel that can truly be recommended.

02/09/2026: Quite disappointed. While the restaurant in the village is indeed large and pleasant, and the servers are friendly, that's not enough.
Prices have increased significantly for a quality that is more than mediocre and smaller portions. It's no longer worth the trip. The Carolingian restaurant will be missed by the residents of Saint-Phil and the surrounding area…

14/08/2026: I was going to stop, but given the comments, I'll avoid it. Thank you to the national management for addressing this issue.
12/08/2026: The quality of the food is what it is, you can't expect too much, it's McDonald's after all. But 5* for the staff who were friendly, and despite it being quiet, were constantly cleaning and making sure the place was clean and running smoothly.
