03/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery at Côté à Côté! With this sweltering heat, it's hard to find anything better than a succession of tartares… and what a treat! We started with an ultra-fresh salmon tartare, perfectly seasoned, bursting with flavor and freshness. The presentation was elegant, and the balance of textures was perfect: a true delight. Then came the beef tartare, hand-cut, tender, generous, and prepared with top-quality ingredients. The seasoning was spot-on, the meat was flavorful… simply excellent. Beyond the dishes, we also appreciated the ambiance, the warm welcome, and the attentive service from beginning to end. During a heatwave, this is the ideal place to enjoy fresh, delicious, and perfectly executed dishes. An excellent experience that we will gladly repeat.
