A good selection, good fresh products, pleasant service, and good value for money.
The only downsides were some bones in the fish and the octopus being a bit too fatty for my taste, but nothing too serious. Worth trying for a good time!

15/11/2025: A wonderful discovery! A restaurant that perfectly combines excellent home-style cooking with a warm atmosphere.
The dishes are delicious, seasonal, and varied, the service is quick, and the value for money is excellent. But what really appeals to us about this restaurant is its very approachable staff, who adapt to the customers (providing toys to help keep children entertained if needed, etc.).

We came on November 1st for a family meal.
A very warm welcome, friendly servers, and excellent food.
One small drawback: we were three groups in a small room, which made it very noisy and difficult to hear each other.

24/02/2026: This McDonald's is always top-notch! We ate there on Monday, March 23rd, around 7 pm. The service was always good, the sandwiches were delicious, the wait time was very reasonable, and they never ran out of anything. Go there without hesitation! Sofiane, the manager, has excellent management skills for his team. The employees are serious and very polite. Well done to the whole team! Thanks for the sauce, Chef, you know who I am! 💪😉
17/02/2026: Wearing overalls, you can sit down despite the greasy seats, but it's not the worst fast-food joint in the "McDonald's" sense of the word. The fries are cooked poorly, and the sandwiches offer less value than the French-style burgers you find everywhere these days. The level of junk food far surpasses that of Kentucky Fried Chicken, for sure.
However, it's close to the city center and might be a good place to calm down restless kids.

We used this establishment for a party of 70 people (catering and service).
Everything was perfect (very good and generous meals, excellent service, quick and pleasant, reasonable price... nothing to complain about, I highly recommend them...👍👍

10/01/2026: The service is still impeccable, especially thanks to the waitress who was there yesterday, who was quick, efficient, and pleasant.
The only downside is the food... I don't know if the chef has changed.
I ordered a medium burger, and the meat was overcooked. 🙄
The prosciutto was such poor quality that I couldn't even cut it. ☹️
In short, I don't want to go back.

21/01/2026: It's a disgrace! I bought €12 tickets for a sports club. When I get to the pizzeria, and my pizza costs over €12, they tell me the ticket is refused and I can't pay the difference. Completely unprofessional.
26/12/2025: A family meal at Funky Piz' in Sorbiers was a very pleasant surprise.
The pizzas and burgers are truly delicious, generously topped, and flavorful.
They have a children's menu, which is a real plus when you're with kids.
The welcome is warm, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. There's something for everyone.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

06/04/2024: A while ago I went to get 1 cake. Despite the fact that there are 3 pies chasing each other, including 1 where the waitress didn't know what they were. So she asks her colleague who tells her “bin chai no, plum no?” She cashed me and during this time this same colleague (little blond hair) was nibbling the seeds that were on the breads on display with her big nails (without gloves of course). Put them in his mouth and start again. The fact that she saw me looking at her didn't stop her. Bravo for hygiene and respect for customers.
27/03/2024: I have had the experience several times (4) of kindly asking for soft bread that was not overcooked, with the result that the bread was not risen or it was burnt so I would not use it anymore. On the other hand, the Marie Blachère d'Andrezieux near Grand Frais makes good bread and the friendly saleswomen listen to you at least....

22/09/2023: I bought Cantonese rice at super u flachet villeurbanne. For having spent 5€ I ended up with completely dry rice. It's a shame, I won't buy any of your products again, it's a shame.
