20/02/2024: I was a loyal customer subscribed to 25 euros/month for several years until my experience today. I made 5 ready-to-eat stores with my client. I said 5! 4 in Paris (tronchet, 123 Haussmann etc...) + LA DEFENSE station. NONE had a working electrical outlet to charge my PC in order to present my projects to my client. Is this a new strategy on your part to unplug the electrical outlets? There is no point in telling me that the fuse, circuit breaker etc. is broken as the barista can tell us.... 5 restaurants on the same day.... I am disgusted!

23/01/2024: I'm not going to give a negative rating so as not to make a generality but I wanted to point out that I have the subscription and I was served a hot chocolate just with dark chocolate and a can of milk in the smallest cup like a long coffee even though it was served in a medium I had to throw it away impossible to drink I thought that with the subscription we had the same quantity and the same service in the end no for the price sorry but I don't think so renew however I came almost every day and I only had a free drink with the subscription really disappointed it should be noted that with the subscription the quantity is smaller than without the subscription
