The food and service were good despite the huge number of tourists!
Simple, efficient, and quick!
You can tell the team is well-trained and that everyone has their role in this establishment.

06/09/2026: It's a shame the welcome wasn't as warm as one might expect... otherwise, the place is shady and pleasant... the food is excellent. Regional products are given pride of place... we enjoyed foie gras, cassoulet, duck leg... I recommend it
05/09/2026: Honestly, go there without hesitation! I haven't enjoyed a meal this much in ages. Everything is delicious and served at the perfect temperature. I had the €28 set menu: duck confit with carrot purée, spinach and mushroom terrine, and potato gratin on the side. Everything is homemade, even the dessert! The presentation of the dishes is amazing!!! Everything is delicious without exception. All the ingredients are local and expertly prepared!! Bravo to the chef and all the staff!! 👏❣️

21/08/2026: The welcome was cold, no smiles, you get the feeling you're bothering her. Once served, she said she doesn't accept cards and that you should go see her colleague next door at the hat shop, who also had a rather cold welcome. There's no sign saying she doesn't accept cards, which is a shame.
15/08/2026: The service was appalling and completely devoid of smiles. It's terrible when you sell such good ice cream. A complete waste. Change the saleswoman immediately!

21/04/2026: At the end of the narrow streets of this legendary village, you'll find this inn with a lovely shaded terrace facing the top of the old castle. Authentic cuisine is offered, along with a fine wine list. The flavor combinations are refined and showcase local produce. Good taste is also evident inside the building, with its warm and cozy decor. Excellent service.
Special mention goes to the walnut cake and the Victors whisky.
