25/01/2026: Hello, I'm a customer who has traveled extensively (over 50 countries) and, out of curiosity, I've had the opportunity to try McDonald's restaurants in many countries. To date, my worst experience remains the one I had at the McDonald's in Murs-Erigné. The problems are unfortunately recurring: fries often undercooked, burgers sometimes missing extras that were ordered, nuggets regularly in smaller quantities than ordered, Egg & Bacon almost always served with burnt bread. But the most unacceptable thing is the behavior of a staff member assigned to the fries department, who makes inappropriate and insulting remarks in front of customers. On several occasions, with different orders and on different days, I've heard him make derogatory comments. This time, he made clearly vulgar remarks, such as "Hey, a fat pig order," while boasting to his colleagues. My 16-year-old daughter clearly heard these words, especially since he was speaking very loudly. I had to intervene myself to ask him to stop making these unacceptable comments. A manager then intervened, claiming that he hadn't said those things, which I categorically deny. Neither my daughter nor I invented this situation, and unfortunately, it's not the first time. Following my intervention, the employee stopped his remarks but kept giving me persistent and hostile looks. In retaliation, the fries I was served were completely undercooked. I only realized this once I got home, which is simply outrageous. I should mention that I usually place large family orders, often around €70, which makes this kind of behavior even more incomprehensible and unacceptable. 05/03/2026: Pleasant place with a beautiful view. Simple and effective decor. Reasonable price for lunch.

28/02/2026: Not good! The cooking was botched, the whipped cream was from a can—what a disgrace! A complete failure from start to finish. If there's a chef in this restaurant, they need to go back to basics... because this is just not good.
