21/02/2026: It's been almost two months now that I've been having repeated problems with this McDonald's, and the situation is becoming truly unacceptable. First time, with Click & Collect: I waited over 20 minutes in my car for 20 nuggets. I finally had to get out to discover that the order hadn't even been prepared, while some employees were at the counter laughing. Luckily, someone finally took charge of the situation. Second time, again with Click & Collect: the app indicated that my order was ready and that it would be brought to my car. I saw an employee go out and deliver it to the car next to mine, but not mine. I waited another 10 minutes. Finally, I went inside: my bag had been sitting there the whole time. No one had brought it to me. Fortunately, a very kind employee checked that everything wasn't cold. And now, with delivery via Deliveroo: there are still items missing from the order. I understand that the job isn't always easy, but these incidents didn't happen during peak hours. Several times, the restaurant was almost empty. So this isn't an isolated mistake, but a recurring problem of organization and professionalism. Simply saying "sorry" is no longer enough. At some point, concrete action needs to be taken to ensure that orders are properly checked before being handed over to customers or delivery drivers. We pay for a service, especially for delivery, and it's unacceptable that items are repeatedly missing. I sincerely hope that improvements will be implemented, because under these conditions, it's no longer appealing to return.

16/10/2025: A wonderful welcome, truly excellent cuisine. I haven't eaten such good beef tongue in a long time. I highly recommend it.

14/01/2026: A great place with delicious food; at lunchtime the dining room is packed, mainly with local tradespeople. The €15.90 set menu (starter, main course, dessert, and a 25cl drink) is a huge hit.
