Every dish is exquisite, delicate, harmonious, generous, and flavorful!! Regional cuisine made with fresh, local produce, perfectly enhanced by the chef's expert skill and served with elegance and humor by her charming husband! Simply beautiful and delicious! 15/01/2026: Maison Saint Michel in Tanis is sadly closed and for sale. See photo. It was a unique place where you could have a great time enjoying good food at a very reasonable price. The manager was very efficient and pleasant. Another great chapter closes.
21/10/2025: I was there for a shoot with the JDG (Joueur du Grenier) for the game Ride to Hell - Retribution.
We were very well received, ate like kings—it was delicious and plentiful, and I'm quite the eater! As for the filming itself, it was hilarious. Here are some behind-the-scenes photos and videos :)!
