Passion... Passion emanates from Charles, who champions his local produce and loves sharing his dishes and wine discoveries. This restaurant has character, but it would be nothing without its attentive service and its chef in the kitchen. The establishment truly has a soul. So, what about this salt marsh lamb? It's a lamb that makes you wait, that hides away, because a salt marsh lamb at €19 for 200g... I doubt it's grazing in the coastal meadows, especially near Mont Saint-Michel. Here, it's €35 and it's presented as a rack of lamb, carved right before your eyes—a lamb that's really showing off! Each guest receives three chops, tender, perfectly seared lamb, to be finished off with your fingers as a tribute, accompanied by flageolet beans and a very creamy and delicious gratin dauphinois. In short, as you've probably gathered, we loved it. A restaurant and a restaurateur who left a lasting impression on us.
