Excellent restaurant. The rack of salt marsh lamb was divine. We received a very warm welcome. This is a place to recommend when visiting Mont-Saint-Michel.
From the outside, the restaurant might not look like much, but once you step inside, it's a very pleasant surprise! The welcome is truly warm, Charles is very friendly and attentive, and Virginie's cooking is simply excellent. We enjoyed delicious dishes and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this place!

A meltingly tender, mild, and salty rack of lamb from the salt marshes: kudos to the farmer! Cooked, spiced, and browned to perfection: kudos to the chef. Attentive and efficient service.
15/01/2026: Maison Saint Michel in Tanis is sadly closed and for sale. See photo. It was a unique place where you could have a great time enjoying good food at a very reasonable price. The manager was very efficient and pleasant. Another great chapter closes.
21/10/2025: I was there for a shoot with the JDG (Joueur du Grenier) for the game Ride to Hell - Retribution.
We were very well received, ate like kings—it was delicious and plentiful, and I'm quite the eater! As for the filming itself, it was hilarious. Here are some behind-the-scenes photos and videos :)!
