23/04/2026: A wonderful discovery in Sermiers. I had a fantastic time at Le Lys du Roy. Chef Fabien's cuisine is precise, generous, and full of flavor: beautifully executed dishes made with quality ingredients and a true mastery of his craft. The service provided by Sonia is equally remarkable: a warm and attentive welcome without being intrusive; you immediately feel at ease. An address I wholeheartedly recommend, both for the quality of the food and the ambiance. I will gladly return.

21/04/2026: A wonderful discovery thanks to my friend Chantal. The place is very pretty, with a lovely atmosphere, a fantastic chef, and delicious food with delightful surprises like the vanilla and rhubarb craquelin choux pastry—a subtle blend of tartness from the rhubarb and sweetness from the vanilla. I absolutely loved it. The service was excellent, with touches of humor. I had a truly enjoyable time and highly recommend it.
