A wonderful discovery in Sermiers. I had a fantastic time at Le Lys du Roy. Chef Fabien's cuisine is precise, generous, and full of flavor: beautifully executed dishes made with quality ingredients and a true mastery of his craft. The service provided by Sonia is equally remarkable: a warm and attentive welcome without being intrusive; you immediately feel at ease. A wonderful discovery thanks to my friend Chantal. The place is very pretty, with a lovely atmosphere, a fantastic chef, and delicious food with delightful surprises like the vanilla and rhubarb craquelin choux pastry—a subtle blend of tartness from the rhubarb and sweetness from the vanilla. I absolutely loved it. The service was excellent, with touches of humor. I had a truly enjoyable time and highly recommend it.

The Easter menu was excellent, and our children (11 and 13) also loved the food. There was even a separate children's menu available. The service was fantastic! Although my French is quite rusty, communication wasn't a problem. When I absolutely had to speak English, the friendly staff helped me out. The value for money was superb!

The dishes are more than delicious, always beautifully presented, and feature flavors I wouldn't have dared to combine myself. The portions are also very generous for a meal.
