15/08/2026: Located in the heart of Corte on Place Paoli, this restaurant offered the San Teofalu salad, a true delight for the taste buds, and the equally delicious shrimp and avocado mille-feuille. The portions were generous, the staff very friendly, and the waitress always smiling. If you're ever in Corte, don't hesitate to stop by.

14/08/2026: What a shame! We were drawn in by the setting, but the menu was a disappointment 😐. The Brocciu fritters were dry, with no salad to go with them, and you needed two carafes of water to swallow them. The trout was dry, cooked in fat, and tasteless, with no garlic or parsley. The vegetables were boiled and also tasteless. The chestnut flan... wow! Better than school cafeteria food.
The service was what it was advertised as... you wonder if they even wanted to welcome you 😐. They didn't speak, they just smiled stupidly.
Really disappointed. I don't recommend it.
13/08/2026: A wonderful place, probably the most pleasant in the village of Corte. A warm welcome, generous portions, and perfectly reasonable prices. Misters provide shade and guaranteed coolness.
A must-visit! Why choose any other establishment?!
