17/06/2026: Yesterday at lunchtime, we received a very warm welcome from a woman. However, her smile vanished when she noticed we were accompanied by our two dogs. On the terrace, only one table was occupied by three customers. She wanted to seat us away from the others. I asked to be closer because the sun was moving and we wanted to eat in the shade. She had the nerve to say, "It's the dogs that will be a nuisance." I added, "If the dogs are a nuisance, we'll go somewhere else." She retorted, "Well, go somewhere else then." There was absolutely no consideration in this shopkeeper's attitude! After having lunch in the Gignac town square at "Chez Emile," where our pets were welcome, we passed by this terrace again, and three tables were occupied—that just goes to show how much our dogs were going to be a nuisance!
