24/04/2026: Our first visit but it will not be our last. The restaurant has a magnificent patio setting, not to be missed. The food was spectacular and I would encourage the wine “accord”. The service was exceptional (and I was a server once upon a time). Simply put, you must go! Unfortunately, I forgot my phone so I could not post photos- so sorry! Next time.

04/05/2026: Romantic atmosphere, a lovely waitress who told us the history of this restaurant, quality products prepared with passion by a very friendly cook. The duck breast was cooked to perfection, the lamb shank was incredibly tender, and to finish, the raspberry speculoos panna cotta was a marvel! Truly a gem of a restaurant!!! We'll be back 🤗
27/04/2026: The only downside is that it's a bit expensive. And a pastis is €2.50!!
It's not for everyone's budget.

04/05/2026: We stopped at this little restaurant on our way to Spain. It didn't look like much, but the food was delicious and the staff very friendly. No regrets at all, and sometimes things just work out for the best.
Don't hesitate to stop there.
We stopped again today and it was just as delicious as before.
I highly recommend you stop there.

16/04/2026: We ordered the daily special for €14.90 and it was delicious. The flank steak was excellent, as was the trio of fish. The portions were generous. The service was quick, welcoming, and friendly. We have absolutely no complaints, especially for such a reasonable price. We will definitely return next time we're in this area.

The charcuterie board is very good, the marinated lamb is incredible. Best enjoyed on a sunny day with the terrace overlooking the canal.
I wasn't a fan of the floating island dessert and witnessing the bartender being reprimanded by his manager was an awkward situation that I didn't appreciate.
24/04/2026: If you want to enjoy authentic French cuisine on the Canal du Midi, with super friendly service in a fresh, modern atmosphere, then this is the place for you. We had a fantastic evening!

That said, the food was plentiful and good, especially the starter and main course. The chocolate dessert wasn't great; it had a cheap, uninspired chocolate flavor. The service was excellent.
