Very nice discovery, from the combination of dishes, to the work of the dishes, refined and gourmet cuisine. A delight for the taste buds.
Let's not forget the pleasant welcome and the magnificent view from the table over the bay of Cancale.

03/04/2024: Just incredible! The boss (currently only employee) is a good person, very nice, funny, and really made us feel at home. 3 of us went there, with my girlfriend and one of her friends, and it was incredible.
The traditional sparkling rose drink introduced me to new flavors, the prices were extremely reasonable (mezze for 3 people (12 starters) + dessert + drink ~14€ per person), we ate more than we were hungry. My stomach was exploding.
The food is amazing, and I consider it the only real Lebanese I've ever had in my life. Go for it, but not too much, we would like to have places too. 😉
24/03/2024: Simply excellent! The service and atmosphere are very calm and warm! The formula combining 5 cold dishes and 5 hot dishes is a treat and the staff guides us through our meal with accuracy and a touch of humor :) The baklawas are also very tasty, the pistachio aromas are well defined and go together superbly with green tea flavored with orange blossom and rose

31/03/2024: Small restaurant with a very warm atmosphere, the exquisite chef was great. (Be careful because the portions are very generous for this menu) and the welcome is magnificent.
(Their eggplant caviar is to die for).
08/02/2024: Excellent restaurant, very welcoming. The assortment of 5 cold and hot mezzés allows you to discover the diversity of Lebanese cuisine.

The new owners are very friendly and attentive to their customers.
Large, very comfortable bed.
Very good and varied breakfast.
Really very accessible hotel on the axis between Rennes and Nantes.

25/03/2024: Way too much waiting...we have the impression that it's a marketing strategy to make something interesting with this long queue!!!
It's too expensive just for a little rolled up thing!!!
The manager spit in my orders without any qualms...you will have the impression that it is creamy when it is just the effect of spit!!!
My order consisted of the most blackened pieces of chicken...we have the impression that he took the opportunity to get rid of them!!!!
