18/04/2026: The Mamane spirit is gone: the couscous was good, but while I hadn't even finished my cocktail and was still eating dessert, we were asked to leave the table to make room for other guests. We only stayed for an hour for dinner. Even though we were offered a digestif, the interruption felt rather abrupt. It doesn't make me want to come back. What a shame.
