J'ai attend 30 minutes après avoir pass ma commande, tandis que les clients arrive just avant moi avaient déjà fini leur pizza. Quand j'ai enfin demandé au server combination de Temps cela prendrait encore, elle m'a répondu avec désinvolture qu'elle avait "oublié" de passer la commande. Aucune excuse, regret.
