Special mention goes to the quality of the ingredients and the perfectly cooked meats. The welcome is warm and friendly; you feel right at home. A true gem for lovers of hearty and delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. I highly recommend it!

04/04/2026: A RIP-OFF! DON'T GO THERE! I contacted the town hall and the health department after suffering from indigestion. It was the worst couscous of my life. I'm of Moroccan origin, and this is a disgrace to Moroccan cuisine. Three vegetables (carrots, turnips, and zucchini, admittedly unlimited, but poorly prepared), a tasteless sauce, and three low-quality, industrially produced meatballs. The owner admitted after we complained that they were frozen. For 20 euros, it's shameful!

29/06/2026: Total disorganization of the service. The service was extremely slow, the wait was very long, and I found the staff completely unprofessional. Many tables were empty, but they preferred to clear them first instead of welcoming customers who waited an hour without a word of apology or courtesy. After being seated, we had to ask for the menu ourselves for 15 minutes, otherwise we could have been stuck at the table for two hours doing nothing. The wait to be ordered was very long because the staff preferred to clear tables where there were no more customers. We ordered a bottle of white wine, and after opening it, the waitress turned away immediately without offering a tasting. You have to ask for a waste bowl, otherwise they won't provide it. Bread was served to every table except ours; we had to ask several times before we finally got some. The seafood platter arrived without the sauces; you have to ask again, otherwise they'll never provide them. Everything has to be requested before you get it. We could easily serve them ourselves. Looking at other reviews, I think I'm not the only one with these kinds of comments. I should have checked the Google reviews before coming; if I had known, I never would have gone to this kind of restaurant.

29/06/2026: Pedra Alta in Thiais offers generous Portuguese cuisine with excellent grilled meats. The portions are substantial, but the wait can be long. A predictable but satisfying option.

08/04/2026: Thank you to Marcia and Philippe, we chose their restaurant O AVEIRO to celebrate the christening of our nine-year-old daughter with our family. There were 26 of us on Sunday, April 5, 2026. Everything was perfect, from the service to the delicious food. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return! 👍

The dishes were generous and delicious, with authentic Portuguese flavors. A friendly place where you eat well and feel comfortable, perfect for a night out with friends after a motorcycle ride. 14/02/2026: I placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant, and almost the entire order was spoiled. The merguez sausages were expired, the meat in the tagine, the vegetables in the couscous, and their sauce all smelled fermented.
