05/01/2024: Hello everyone, after salivating on Face Book in front of so many dishes displayed all as beautiful and which I hoped were all delicious, I took the plunge, from the door of the restaurant, last night for Madame's birthday, which did I do? 1h30 later I left on all fours leaning on my darling's shoulder, after having devoured that of the lamb a little earlier which I accompanied with a glass of very red Patrimonio, served with class by Sofia, a killing friends and if I dared a butchery, we not only made friends with our neighbors on the right and left, a beautiful atmosphere reinforced by the arrival of the boss, a big guy all smiles and eminently friendly, which does not spoil anything, we enjoyed ourselves and more and what can we say about this wonderful chestnut dessert, in short, to make again and even more if possible, congratulations to the whole team and see you very soon, André AYELA.

31/03/2024: A place that has a history. It was a nightclub when I knew him. Now it's a beautiful restaurant. We really liked the colored lighting and of course the stone vault which makes it a special place. The food is very good and the plates are generous. The chocolate profiteroles are extra and huge! 😍 The service was impeccable. And the table chairs are comfortable. Too bad the dance floor was occupied by tables. We enjoyed the music from the DJ. A restaurant to discover! 👍

25/03/2024: It's really a small, not great casino but it's still a good casino, a lot of older people, if you want young people or just have fun with friends, you risk getting bored Free coffee and madeleines are nice though.
24/03/2024: Very mixed experience in the Bandol Casino restaurant for Sunday brunch... The food was good, the setting very nice BUT the staff in the dining room were unpleasant, then downright aggressive. To make a long story short, we had booked a week in advance for my mother's birthday, specifying that we wanted a table with a sea view. We arrived at 11am, the room was empty. The table assigned to us was in full sun and we were very hot in this room with the greenhouse effect, due to the large windows. We ask to be moved to a table, which also has a sea view, but which is not in direct sunlight. The room manager tells us that she cannot change tables for us. We don't really understand why, given that the room is empty. She offers to move our table to the shade, which we accept but we ask to move it further than what she suggests, because one of the people would have the guardrail of the emergency stairs behind their back. She becomes very obviously annoyed and calls her manager, who introduces himself as the director. While my mother tries to resolve the situation with said manager, the room manager gets angry, for her part, by being aggressive. She addresses her colleague by saying that she is going to "turn the table over on her" (speaking of my mother), that she is going to "let us die of thirst" (referring to the fact that we were too hot ), and other aggressive and threatening utterances. The situation pretty much calmed down because we agreed to stay where they had placed us. I myself address the manager, telling him that the problem is above all that they are treating us like second-rate customers, since they give priority to customers who have not even arrived yet (and this is the first time we have come to this casino). The manager tells me that no, they don't make any preferences. However, a few dozen minutes later, casino regulars complained to change tables, and the manager changed them tables, as they requested. He places them at the table we had asked for, in the shade. Which clearly shows that we had been treated like second rate customers. My mother then complained to him and he confirmed that he had decided on this arrangement himself. The room manager calmed down and then served us in a normal way, but without any apology. It is completely understandable sometimes that we get annoyed when faced with customers, but such aggressiveness, when we formulated our requests insistently, of course, but with all the respect we owed them, was unacceptable. And the manager, not very smart, who speaks behind the counter to the lady in question, in a mocking tone (even though my mother was very close and was therefore able to hear everything), saying "ah well that will give us a bad opinion google, that’s all.” Yes dear sir, you indeed have a bad Google review, customers who are frankly shocked and who will spread the word. After checking on LinkedIn, this gentleman who presented himself as the director was not at all. On the other hand, a word for the younger waitress, with blue eyes, who was very nice, and the lady in the kitchen who sometimes came to the dining room and who was adorable with all the customers. In short, an apology from the room manager and a more benevolent attitude from the "director" would have been appreciated. Fault confessed half forgiven as they say, but here that was not the case.
