From the moment we arrived, the team was lovely, smiling, and truly attentive, taking the time to advise us and explain the dishes. As for the food, it was a real treat. The flavors were spot on, with generous, fragrant, and perfectly prepared dishes. You can taste the care put into each plate, and the quality of the ingredients makes all the difference. A wonderful discovery that combines a warm welcome with excellent cuisine. It's a shame we live so far away... A must-try!

21/02/2026: The pizza is excellent. The service is also very welcoming, and the place is very friendly.
19/01/2026: January 2026: Near Place de la Liberté and its parking lots, this is the kitschiest pizzeria in Toulon, the kind that would have fit right in with the Little Italy of The Godfather. I love the decor, the welcome, the atmosphere, the comfortable tables, the aromas of freshly baked pizzas... and especially the excellent pizzas! And I always prefer well-executed classics; the simpler it looks, the better it tastes. Going without a simple weekly pizza, like the Capricciozza, is practically a crime, especially when it comes to those "made in Taormina"! January 2024: It's always a pleasure to come and enjoy an excellent pizza baked in the wood-fired oven of this Italian institution. I recommend the Atomica. I have a real soft spot for the Capriciosa. They're crispy, perfectly cooked, and generous. Don't hesitate to ask the pizza chef for advice.

01/03/2026: We had brunch at Lido. It was missing a lot of things compared to what was advertised on the menu. There were a couple of savory dishes that stood out. The rest was quite basic. There were no pastries or fresh fruit, and it seemed like the person who prepares the desserts was on vacation because they were rather bland. The waffles and crepes were definitely frozen. €45 is far too expensive for what you get. Luckily, they're located on the beach and the servers are friendly, because based on the food alone, it's not worth going. €45 is the price for a continental breakfast at Yoann Conte's.
28/02/2026: A very pleasant experience. Efficient and welcoming service, simple but satisfying meal. The sea view was very enjoyable.

You can feel the passion and expertise in every bite. Warm welcome and friendly atmosphere, we want to come back again and again. Bravo and thank you for this delicious moment!

19/02/2026: What a pleasure to return to this charming, vintage little brasserie on Wednesday, February 18th! It's perfectly preserved, with its bistro tables and zinc bar, complete with boxing gloves hanging next to the bottles of aperitifs and the article about this establishment that appeared in Var Matin (formerly La République du Var - La Provence). I'd like to take this opportunity to greet my talented colleagues (especially my excellent retired friend, Jacques Gantié, food critic) at this newspaper, now part of Nice Matin. The owner always provides a warm, courteous, quick, and friendly welcome, not to mention the home-style cooking, particularly the magnificent and delicious couscous that attracts a large number of regulars of all ages. And I couldn't even finish it, it was so generous! It's true that this couscous (served on Wednesdays and Saturdays) is a benchmark and truly unique! It's also beautifully presented in several courses. I finished with a delicious warm apple tart. Kudos to the chef! A truly excellent value for money, €24 including an aperitif, a good old-fashioned Suze, and coffee. As a result, we were compelled to return, if only to savor his renowned aioli on Fridays (with a small anisette) and to see his friendly owner again. Yes, there are still friendly owners out there!
