08/03/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! We were surprised by the inventiveness, the harmonious blend of flavors, and the beautiful presentation of the dishes.
Everything was refined, creative, and incredibly delicious. It only deserves one or two stars to truly honor the chef who works alone in the kitchen. Bravo!
