21/02/2026: The self-service kiosks weren't working, and we were promised they'd come back to check what was wrong. Ten minutes later, still nothing.
The fries were cold and unsalted, except for the Happy Meal fries, which were extremely salty.
The staff were practically nonexistent.
It was freezing cold inside.
In short, a very bad experience. 👎🏼
13/02/2026: Stop putting onions in when you're asked not to, for God's sake!
When you get takeout, you can't open the order every time to make sure the employee followed a simple customer request. And then when you get home, you're disappointed and forced to throw it away because you can't digest onions and the burger is full of them!
