Terribly noisy, the restaurant below prioritizes its evenings which can sometimes last until 4 a.m. or even 6 a.m. sometimes before the tranquility of its tenants while of course the bar is supposed to be closed at 2 a.m. maximum, that doesn't bother them. doesn't stop you from shouting in the parking lot under your windows in the middle of the night. The heating is defective or absent several nights, but I did not dress as they said… forced to have electric heating in secret because they dare to forbid you. The common corridor serves as a storage room even if you try to tidy it up yourself to try to have a presentable place. Simply horrible insulation, whether sound or thermal, very humid, to the point that it was moldy, I actually had to line certain walls myself to improve this problem. A deposit who does everything not to return it even if it means adding “new condition” to the inventory… yes, very intelligent owners… since you have a copy… but hey. In short, pure mistreatment of its tenants, whether mentally but also physically. For the positive: well you are well placed near the highway, restaurant very close if you want to meet them and support their service. A tobacco shop in fact, a bakery 500 meters away, a mailbox which does not receive any invoice since everything is taken into account in your rent. For the internet it has to be riv54 which isn't super great but it's okay. As for the restaurant, the service is poor but I have always eaten well in the few times I have been there before. The drinks are expensive, bar atmosphere "meh" an old waitress especially is very unpleasant, if you have the misfortune to make a remark to them their enormous ego will respond to you accompanied by a cold stare.
