28/07/2026: Making bread is one thing, but customer service is another. When you hire people for the counter, explain to them that they need to at least smile, because right now it's a complete disaster. It feels like you're bothering them; they don't even look at you, you say hello and they barely respond. Seriously, no one is born with a natural flair for sales, but like everyone else, they're born with a smile, so a little kindness and politeness wouldn't hurt anyone. Change the staff and hire people who actually want to be there and who have good interpersonal skills.

04/07/2026: I am alone, without a license, I order a pizza for delivery, they don't deliver for one pizza, it's pathetic, I'm not going to order 2 pizzas just to please them, when they did it 2 months ago, I do not recommend at all.

26/02/2026: The two pizzas we ordered were good, but they were delivered 45 minutes late without an apology from the driver. And it wasn't even a weekend...what a shame!
