18/07/2024: The pizza bases are not homemade. The pizzas are well garnished with cheese, and moderately garnished for the rest. It's OK, but I don't recommend this restaurant for eating pizza. Prefer a traditional dish.
One downside is the fact that they bring you a can of coke rather than a glass bottle. At the restaurant it's downright shameful.
Otherwise the service is adequate.

16/04/2024: First of all, I want to address the positive aspects, because despite the unpleasant behavior of the saleswomen, it must be recognized that their baker makes delicious pastries. As for sandwiches, it's not their strong point, and no effort is made about it, we realize, it's annoying even when we ask them for them. But as far as the pastry is concerned, there's really nothing to complain about, it's excellent! However, the seller's behavior poses a problem. It is very unpleasant to find yourself faced with such a moody person, especially first thing in the morning. Recently, I had to remind her that when I ordered a goat's cheese quiche as a vegetarian, she served me a ham quiche. It almost turned into a debate, she blamed me for not having brought her the dish. My husband ended up eating it, and I didn't want to make my customer annoying either! When I went back to get more, I asked the saleswoman to check my order carefully because last time she had made a mistake. She consulted the baker to find out if it was possible that she had made a mistake and he said that no, it was impossible. However, he was not present during my first order, so he cannot know what was served to me!
Despite the quality of the baker's products, I will entrust the creation of my wedding cake to the competition. Frankly, they are much nicer and in terms of the taste of what they serve us, they have nothing to envy them. I find that respect and a smile are crucial, especially when the prices are as high as those at Janny's Bakery. The derogatory attitude I have encountered recently has deeply disappointed me and encourages me to distance myself. Normally, I am patient and I understand that fatigue can influence the behavior of workers; after all, we are all human. However, there are limits to tolerance, and I refuse to deal with nastiness.
This is unfortunately not the first time I have encountered such unpleasant behavior, and it goes beyond what is acceptable. It is important to remember that without customers, a bakery cannot survive. Shouldn’t a minimum of recognition towards those who choose to frequent your establishment for their daily meals be the norm? Is a simple hello, a smile and respectful communication too much to ask?
There are many other bakeries that offer quality service. No one is irreplaceable, even when we offer bread comparable to that of the best Parisian bakeries. It is important to remember that nastiness never leads to anything!
You lost loyal customers who bought their bread every day, their croissants every Saturday, as well as pastries and sweets regularly, and I will never set foot there again, neither me, nor my friends, nor the rest of my family !

On the other hand, the medium-sized galette des rois at €18... Very bland, not very thick. Disappointed 😥

25/02/2024: il y avait un bon moment que n'avais pas eu l'occasion d'aller dans ce restaurant dont je conservais un bon souvenir et c'était une déception pour moi et les autres convives
bien sûr tout est professionnel mais la cuisine manque d'originalité et de relief
on pourrait s'attendre à mieux au regard des commentaires élogieux et des prix qui dépassent largement les cinquante euro par personne à la carte en restant sobre avec le vin
