08/03/2026: Very disappointing service at this restaurant!! The food was served without any care; the meat arrived first, and the side dishes (tagliatelle) followed 5-10 minutes later. One person had to wait a very long time for their pasta. Only after everyone else had finished did the Parmesan cheese for the tagliatelle finally arrive!! I myself got food spilled on me when the waiter served my meat dish. The taste of the dishes was just okay. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant!! I give the service 0/5 stars.

04/03/2026: The pizzas are very good, but the service is incredibly slow. Also, it's extremely cold inside; I had to keep my jacket on while eating. That said, the managers and servers are very kind and helpful.
