It's a kind of canteen; it's not bad, but it's not good either. There's no particular effort to support local producers (for example, the salad tastes like a discount store). The decor is like something you'd find at a hardware store. The service is slow and not particularly friendly or welcoming. They seem overwhelmed. So no, it's definitely not a 5; it's definitely at the bottom of the scale.
