06/06/2026: Best Mexican restaurant in Lyon. Hands down. Next question. Maurizio and Paul (hope we spelled that right) are wonderfully hospitable and the food flavour profile was wonderful.
30/05/2026: Super Mexican restaurant 👍 I dined there on May 26, 2026 at 8:45 PM. Very, very happy and perfect, I was with my best friend 💕. I highly recommend it. Bravo to the whole team, the chef and his amazing dishes, and the perfect customer service 👍🤩. I speak from experience, having worked in the hotel and restaurant industry for 20 years. Best of luck to you, and bravo again 👏.

30/08/2026: The food was excellent, but the portions were rather small. The churros were cold, and the sauce was awful. The service was disastrous, and at the end, they charged us for three desserts when we had only ordered two.
28/08/2026: Always a great experience at Piquin.
The food is high quality and the portions are flexible, the service is quick, and the wine is good!
(Be careful with the Mezqual, it packs a punch.)

31/07/2026: We had a fantastic time! We had two refreshing traditional margaritas, which were very pleasant. Then we ordered two tasting menus, which we really appreciated when they explained what each course was and in what order. The waiter was very friendly; we sometimes spoke Spanish with him. The service, with its great atmosphere, was pure bliss! So thank you so much for the cheerful and Mexican service. And of course, the tequila rápido to finish off perfectly—a first for me, and it really wakes you up! 👀😂
In short: delicious food, great atmosphere, and affordable prices, so go for it without hesitation!

08/12/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Villa Borgo, and I must say the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a smiling, helpful team who were truly attentive to every detail. Their sense of service, combining professionalism and kindness, greatly contributed to making my stay pleasant and memorable.
I sincerely thank the entire team for the quality of their welcome and for their attention to detail at every moment. I recommend this place without hesitation.

I go there from time to time when the evenings start to make me hungry. The portions are very generous and we love it! (For the bravest there is the XL version, which is not the one in the photo).
The products are quality and prepared quickly. The drinks are good.
The staff are adorable and smiling. Take the time to discuss and make the requested arrangements. I know I will always leave having had a good time.

Bref, rien à voir avec les promesses. Et pas de vrais plats mexicains. Qu’un pauvre fast food. La carte ? N’espérez pas de soupe Pozole, pas de Torta Ahogada que des tortillas sous différentes formes.
Mais quel arnaque cet endroit 🤮🤢
