We were supposed to arrive at 7:15 p.m. because there are two sittings, but that evening, there was no one there. We hadn't even started the aperitif yet, and the pizzas arrived. 16/12/2024: For a change this evening I wanted to try the beef bourguignon accompanied by potatoes. And there, big disappointment... the dish was tasteless, without seasoning, without color or liveliness. A dish equal to what a hospital canteen could serve. At almost €19 per dish (roughly what it would cost to make it yourself for 4 guests) it’s once again excessive.
I have already tried several other dishes, but nothing works, it has little taste interest.
The establishment enjoys a great location and takes great advantage of it to empty the wallets of customers wanting to eat at least for the amount they spend.
I have had enough of this type of “restaurant”. To avoid

Y'a bien borsalino un peu plus haut qui fait de bonne pizzas mais ferme au mous d'août.

Open for 15 years, the food is still good.
The fish is extremely fresh and the food is delicious. A real pleasure to dine at the bar or in the dining room in this small 20-seat restaurant with a warm atmosphere. 👍

It was a great meeting (over two evenings)
Beautiful peaceful place on the quay, the chef will amaze you with his tasty little dishes, his flavors, his crunchy little vegetables, this fillet of sea bream just cooked to perfection
Thank you to the whole team for helping to enhance our stay.
04/09/2024: Randomly during our walk, we found this small restaurant, excellent cuisine, friendly and smiling staff. It was sunny that day, but a little extra is always nice. We had a great time. To do again when we return to the region.

Not a single soft one out of 3!
On the other hand, the welcome is very friendly and generally the ice creams are very good.
08/06/2024: Great experience. The ice creams are delicious and prepared by very nice people. Very well located, the glacier allows a refreshing stroll on the port of Saint Goustan. I highly recommend !

10/12/2024: The Saint Goustan table is a place to avoid so as not to be scammed! The word is a bit strong but reflects the feeling we had after dining in this restaurant. With its location and the pleasant side of the place, everything is permitted and above all making money on the backs of customers and to the detriment of the know-how of a good restaurateur. As proof: I had a steak a la carte for €25. A first plate arrived and it was clear that the meat was so nervous that it was inedible. I pointed this out to the waiter who had no difficulty in taking the plate back. So he knew! A second plate was brought to me and again the meat was still inedible and around 100 grams of the piece was simply impossible to cut!
I haven't always eaten only good meat but at this point, never in my life. This is simply organized theft!
30/10/2024: The waiter was unfriendly and bitter. This unprofessional behavior can only affect our judgment of this establishment. The tables are too crowded, the atmosphere is very noisy. Damage!!!!!!!

26/01/2025: I am still very surprised!!! Kitchen staff handle food without gloves 🙈🙀. The employees go from preparing sandwiches to cleaning the work surface with an old cloth and picking up the tomatoes for preparation and all that without washing their hands again..... I think I'm vaccinated with McDonald's. COVID-19 is far away....

09/09/2024: Bel endroit au bord de l'eau. Terrasse agréable. Accueil correct et crêpes salées très bonnes et croustillantes. Un petit bémol pour les crêpes sucrées : elles étaient caoutchouteuses et collaient à l'assiette.

10/11/2024: . Easy to park. Pleasant welcome. It's not easy to find out about the restaurants nearby. In the room pillows set up for one person (there was the other in the wardrobe). It is impossible to turn on the small individual lights separately. Quality and clean bedding. Clean and nice hot tub bathroom. Linen was missing. Maybe the reservation was only made for one person? A little dust here and there. On the other hand, there were two of us with two breakfasts. There, on the other hand, for 13€ it's excessive. The eggs were not hard boiled. They were not cooked at all!!! A little limited in the choice. There was a dose of scrambled eggs which was probably waiting for several people...no one at reception to get information...or to simply leave the premises.
Located at the bottom of a commercial area very close to the N165 and no noise at night.
