07/09/2026: So, I'm giving this place one star because, unfortunately, there's no option to give zero… 🤡 We placed an order at the drive-thru, scanned our loyalty card, and were asked if we wanted to use our points. We said yes, and then, strangely enough, the loyalty card wasn't up to date… Apparently, I hadn't scanned it. In short, it was impossible to use my points. We placed the order anyway, and when we got to the checkout, we asked if we would still accumulate points. Again, they gave us every possible excuse: the card hadn't been scanned… Even though they clearly asked me at the beginning if I wanted to use my points. 🤡 But the worst part was the service: the staff was absolutely unfriendly, no smiles, no warmth… We really felt like we were bothering them. We finally got our order after almost 30 minutes of waiting, and three items were missing, along with napkins and sauces. When we dared to ask what was missing, we felt like we were bothering them again to get what we'd already paid for. Honestly, it's become a complete mess. Between the wait, the order errors, and the appalling service, they really need to rethink some things. PS: Go the extra kilometer and get KFC; you'll save yourself time and patience. 😂
