03/10/2026: Warm and friendly staff, liked the service. The sandwich is vegetarian, falafels perfectly cooked and fried on order, good quality hummus, all house made and fresh, overall the presentation is really nice. The sandwich is quite filling and taste is good too.

15/09/2026: The food was amazing my girlfriend ordered butter chicken and cheese bread. I ordered chicken with curry,cheese and garlic bread, for the side we ordered normal rice. The food was fast we didn’t waited much. The server was a bit cold I wouldn’t call it friendly. Other than that everything was good.

16/09/2026: If you’re looking for a budget good meal, this kebab place ticks all the boxes : good food, good service and low prices. And you can sit outside in the lovely chairs with cushions. I ordered a chicken kebab and it came with chips, very tasty. Highly recommended
15/09/2026: For lunch service, the meat isn't carved directly from the spit but comes from a container kept out of sight. Furthermore, it's impossible to know when it was prepared since it's reheated in a microwave. All this without any prior warning and at a price higher than some nearby restaurants that offer entirely homemade cuisine (including sauces).

27/09/2026: We were very disappointed by L’Escaladou. Given the prices and the numerous positive reviews, we expected much better.
The ingredients were very low quality: the salt cod brandade, served in a tiny bowl, resembled mashed potatoes, and the poultry dish was cafeteria-style.
And to top it all off, the owner forced us to share our table with other customers, without giving us a choice.
Very disappointing value for money. We will not be returning.

01/07/2026: Best kebab in Paris, excellent service and always smiling staff. If you're in the area and hungry, you won't find a friendlier, more welcoming restaurant than this lovely one.
01/07/2026: The service was incredibly slow for sandwiches; the wings had no chicken flavor, just the taste of oil that must have been sitting there for five years. I strongly advise against going there.

06/10/2026: The phone order was great, the gentleman had a very good sense of humor, but in person it was like a prison gate. The couscous itself was very average, the semolina and the broth were very good, the chicken was average, but the merguez sausages were like rubber, they tasted like those cheap, pre-packaged sausages from Leclerc. I won't be going back.

29/06/2026: A breath of fresh Tunisian air near St. Charles train station and the Zenitude hotel in Marseille, with delicious fricassees, lemon skirt cakes, and all the pastries you'd expect to find in Marseille. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can enjoy the terrace overlooking the large square in front.
