06/04/2026: Never again in this restaurant! We'd been a few times before. But the last time was a complete disaster. We arrived, were seated, the waitress was stressed, and before we'd even had time to read the menu, she asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered well-done meat, and after less than a 10-minute wait, everything arrived (oddly enough). The children started eating, but everything was cold and the meat wasn't cooked (we specifically told her it needed to be well-done). We mentioned it to the waitress, but she didn't seem interested, so we left it. We asked for more vegetables when I was serving myself, and there was a hair in it! 🤮🤮 We told her that too, but there was no reaction. In the end, not even a gesture, nothing at all. Never again! * Stressful welcome * Cold, undercooked food * Hair in the food 🤮 * Not attentive * No compensation offered
