28/06/2026: I just had a wonderful experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Croix: Arborescence (76 rue de la gare). Each dish was an invitation to travel, where the aromas of French cuisine conversed with Asian flavors in a harmony that was as surprising as it was delicate. The chef composes his dishes like works of art: colors, textures, aromas, and tastes interact with remarkable creativity. His wife, who oversees the dining room, accompanies each course with poems and poetic drawings that guide our palates and give an extra touch of soul to the dishes. Everything is exquisitely refined. The flavors and textures awaken the senses and invite us to escape. A beautiful and indulgent interlude that I deeply appreciated in a lovely, discreet setting. 15/05/2026: We try to go at least once a month. The kids absolutely love their sushi. Of all the sushi restaurants I've tried, this is definitely my favorite. The staff is lovely and always smiling. We even regularly get a little gift with our order, which is a very nice touch. Everything is excellent: the flavors, the quality, everything is perfect. Thank you 😊
