06/04/2024: Menu which has increased due to inflation but less choice in the starter and dessert buffet. Correct main dishes and helpful waiter. Always a pleasure to eat in the wagon

04/04/2024: Unpleasant waitress, and as soon as you are seated for the aperitif, 15 minutes after good evening again can I send the dishes? Um no we have an aperitif...., 15 min later it's good can I send it? No we will take the starter ma'am, 15 min later, it's good lol, yes sent for the children so. 15 min later my wife asks to send her dish, the waitress says no if I send I will send the 3 dishes , there were 2 dishes left, sent after madam, me and my cousin. Are you in a hurry or what? It was a Thursday, not many people in the restaurant, in short, we dmd the 3 main menu... Poorly cooked ribs, tough meat..., not very good. In short, we won't try anymore on Englos.😤😤

21/03/2024: Very disappointed today, I have been a loyal customer for years and today my order was a medium drink and another large one including the large one with the points, we receive two medium ones, we will refer it to Peggy who is starting to tell us that large for her is venti and that medium is large. Apparently by saying medium and large she understands the same thing and the solution for her was to make us pay the difference even though it was with my points. I no longer plan to take an order if she is the one at the checkout. I am disappointed to have a non-commercial service in the event of a problem of understanding.

16/03/2024: Person who is alone in service does better. On the other hand, add water discreetly so as not to use milk which is more expensive. I don't find it commercial. Is not honest with customers. If you extend your drinks by a part of water note it! Sincerely
