and we had to ask for bread after our meal because none was brought to us beforehand. A measly carafe of water to share between 13 people.
And a waitress who was borderline rude...
Not to mention the deplorable quality of the food compared to a restaurant of the same chain, located 20 minutes away. (A quarter of the beef was fat, and the chicken tenders were half the size of those at the other restaurant...) I don't recommend this restaurant; go to other restaurants in the same chain, but not the one in Petite Forêt.
28/06/2026: A huge thank you to Pauline for her warm welcome and professionalism! She was very pleasant, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. Her service was impeccable and made our experience even more enjoyable. Well done and thank you, we will gladly return.

A disgrace, avoid at all costs.
There are plenty of other options...

07/06/2026: What a disappointment!
Over 10 minutes of waiting at reception without even a greeting, the buffet practically empty, and the waitress being unpleasant when we asked if it would be restocked!!! (I can understand that there aren't enough servers and they're overwhelmed, but the customer can't do anything about it!) And don't even get me started on the wait for our food! However, a big thank you to Valentin, a young waiter who made our meal go smoothly.

02/05/2026: The waiter judged us based on our food choices and how we cooked our meat. He didn't bring us what we ordered, and when we asked him to recook it, he brought us the same thing. I've never seen or experienced anything like it. There was absolutely no attempt at customer service, just blatant incompetence.
30/04/2026: I ordered a 3 Brasseurs flammekueche, which was good in itself, but a bit dry, and frankly, €2 for an extra salad is extremely expensive, especially considering how little salad there was in the bowl.
I was very disappointed, especially since I find it unreasonable to pay the same price for a bowl of salad and a bowl of fries.

07/04/2026: Small rooms, but clean and warm. Delicious breakfasts, although the selection was very limited, but what was available was good. Large, spacious parking. A downside: poor room lighting.

The snack selection is varied.
It's a shame the food isn't heated properly; a hot dog was hot on the outside and cold on the inside.

Regarding the owner's response:
I couldn't tell you, as there was no additional information on the board displaying the promotions when I passed by at 7:30 am (promotions of 10 chocolate croissants or croissants for €6).
I made the mistake of coming back to your establishment; lesson learned. Fake promotions, not applied, are displayed to attract customers or encourage consumption; it's simply fraud. Go look at the reviews of your establishment; it's clearly a very common practice...

18/06/2026: A disgrace! My first order at the McDonald's counter was a disaster. We saw the manager say he didn't have time, that they were out of sauce, and he hid the box.
Tonight, I ordered delivery through the McDonald's app. I got a bucket hat with my points, a meal with a free drink, and six extra sauces at €0.60 each. In the end, no bucket hat, no drink, and they still charged me for the extra sauces.
17/06/2026: Excellent service, very friendly team, the manager (Alexia) always very kind and professional, order accurate and served quickly!
