The decor is nice and classic compared to what's generally available.

05/04/2026: The tables were dirty; the staff were clearly too busy to clean them. We hadn't even finished eating when the lights went out.
When we asked to pay for an ice cream, we were told they were closed, even though the website states they close at 4:30 a.m.
This situation is completely unacceptable.
04/04/2026: Milk machine problem, no feedback from the service team, clearly they could do better in terms of customer communication...
However, one positive point: a gesture of goodwill after a considerable wait.
