23/04/2024: The setting of the restaurant is undeniably magnificent, with the characteristic red stone of Northern France and a bright ambiance. However, the dining experience did not meet our expectations.
The staff was courteous and friendly, but their lack of experience was apparent. The presence of a manager could have helped to better manage the service and ensure a smoother experience.
The length of our visit, over 3 hours for a starter and main course, was a bit excessive. Additionally, the dishes, although promising on paper, did not meet our expectations once served.
The atmosphere was cold and only the footsteps of the waiters overwhelmed by around fifteen customers broke the silence.
Finally, the prices are high, especially for drinks, with one 1664 at 10 euros. As a native of Lille I think that options from local brewers would be possible.
In short, the restaurant has potential, but improvements are necessary to justify its positioning and prices.

However, the quality of the cuisine is not as good as the price or the location.

27/03/2024: Top team! I ordered breakfast for 13 people for a professional meeting using click and collect (pastries, coffee, tea.) Everything was perfect. I had a time constraint and the manager kindly accepted the collection of the order 1/2 hour before opening. The PDJ was very appreciated 🙂 I highly recommend. Thanks again 🙏
25/03/2024: A pleasant saleswoman (Léa), but expeditious at the end.
She offered me a 50% discount on the 2nd loaf, that's cool, but as a result the birthday discount could not be applied to the rest of the ticket. I understand that we cannot pass the 2 discounts on the same ticket, but in this case, it would be good to offer to make 2 tickets (this is what we offer in the brand where I work ). And I didn't even have time to ask him to put the 2 loaves on a second ticket.
Also, the chocolate tartlet is broken, I don't know what happened to it....
It’s a shame for the brand’s image.

27/03/2024: Fan of the products but they indicate completely misleading delivery times! This is the second and last time I've been fooled. Furthermore, when I contacted them: no kindness or commercial gesture. I strongly advise against delivery.
After my message, the manager took the time to call me and explain the difficulties encountered during my two orders. He was very accommodating and offered me a very appreciable commercial gesture.
I will therefore order again from this shop.
