02/05/2026: Very good restaurant, pleasant staff

02/05/2026: We ordered takeout about an hour ago today. One of the two self-service kiosks wasn't working. We ordered a double steakhouse with fries, a kids' meal, and nuggets for the other person. When we got home, the sandwich was hidden at the bottom of the package, I think. Actually, there wasn't a double steakhouse, but a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger, which we hadn't ordered. They were awful. We paid €30 and got cheaper, but terrible hamburgers. Unacceptable. On top of that, there were no toys on the kiosk, just a poster, and once we received the order, nothing. We had to ask for them. No poster, but we could get a puzzle or a mug, which had nothing to do with the order. Unacceptable, especially since we're a regular customer. Order number: emp-415. I hope you'll do something to rectify this poorly executed order next time.

17/04/2026: Catastrophic, the hygiene is appalling, and the staff needs improvement; they're not friendly at all.

17/04/2026: Warning, absolutely do not go there. I don't understand the good reviews. I found an ant in my hamburger, and don't even get me started on the hygiene of the place—avoid it!
