28/02/2024: Small restaurant (3 tables in the main room) where we appreciate the minimalist nature of the menu (2 starters/main courses/desserts) which suggests its freshness and its frequent renewal. There we find traditional French cuisine with a hint of modernity in the presentation (it doesn't just look like a "bouillon"; we are in a restaurant!). I recommend !

18/02/2024: We would easily pass by this little restaurant without noticing it and we would miss something. Very good cuisine, good sourced products, copious and original dishes, nice selection of wines, attentive service (the carafe of water replaced as soon as it is empty, the bread which also comes back without you even having time to ask for it ...). Perhaps a slight downside on the desserts which are good but not up to par with the main courses and starters, I was told. For my part, not being very fond of sweets, I abstained. Without being subdued, the place is not too noisy, you can have a conversation without raising your voice despite the kitchen opening onto the room. This is rare enough to be reported. No-fuss decor. Excellent quality/price ratio for Paris if you don't indulge too much on the wines which can quickly add to the bill. I recommend.

06/04/2024: While passing through Paris / Versailles I was brought here. The midday meal turned into a half day on site! Smash burger so good, cocktails made with taste and love, good beers... but also super friendly staff! Just stop by for a coffee guys, you're missing out ;) Little tip: when in doubt about what to have to drink or eat => ask for the chef's recommendation... I bet on that and everything that was served to me on advice was top notch!

06/05/2024: We arrived at Le Baribal restaurant at 2:30 p.m. At the entrance, an employee who was smoking on the terrace welcomed us with a smile and confirmed that we could have lunch despite the hour. However, the warm welcome quickly turned into an unpleasant experience. Once inside, an empty room, we were poorly received by a waitress who was cleaning and who seemed unhappy with our presence. After making us move tables for lack of cover, his behavior became more and more hostile. Not a smile or even a look, noisily removing cutlery from neighboring tables and handling objects aggressively (cards, chair to place the menu, etc.) to make us understand that our presence was not welcome! His unprofessional attitude and lack of courtesy caused us to leave the establishment without even placing an order. Maybe the food is worth the detour, but the service was simply terrible. We all deserve a respectful welcome, and unfortunately, that was not the case during our visit!

05/05/2024: We were in Paris for 2 days and just went here because it was on Reels. I had no high expectations and it was completely empty when we got there (13 pm) , but the food was amazing and the service extremely nice. I would highly recommend for a casual atmosphere though typical Parisian

29/03/2024: Love, love, loved this place. Eclectic on the inside, the owner is pleasant and the food is top tier. The unlimited wine was a bonus touch that made the experience even better. The goat cheese salad was perfection and the sea bass is incredible.

02/03/2024: Good ingredients but lacking flavor in all dishes. Osso bucco served with pieces of uncooked and inedible turnip and carrot. As a result, we were left hungry. I had read good reviews about the madeleine tiramisu; very disappointed with this little madeleine on a pile of cream without sugar or quite cloying taste Stifling atmosphere. The kitchen extraction is of poor quality we could smell the kitchen long after leaving the restaurant. Pleasant server. Disappointed with our restaurant evening!

17/04/2024: Accueil horrible, ce restaurant fait du surbooking, très mauvaise expérience. je réserve à midi pour le soir. Arrivé à l’heure pile le patron ne me calcule pas et m’indique qu’ils ont fait du surbooking il ne me demande même pas mon nom et ne présente même pas des excuses : c’est jour de match ! Pas fiable ! On a dû partir. Pas cool pour une soirée entre amis.

06/04/2024: The atmosphere is good, the service was also very attentive, we had a good table, my son-in-law and my children had already been but for me it was the first time, they had praised me a lot, but to my surprise, quality is quantity of the dishes fell. The Sangria is delicious, we ordered the potatoes bravas (normal) the cold cuts board (very weak with 3 slices of ham and a few pieces of cheese) the cod cake is the jamom one, it only had pasta, the cod cake didn't even smell hahaha, my son-in-law ordered squid as I don't eat it so I can't comment on that dish. I was disappointed
