29/09/2024: A modern asian restaurant with a great service. Chicken with rice was a little blend to my taste but fried chicken sticks were great. I wished I had appetite to try other dishes as well. Maybe next time.

18/12/2024: We dine at least once at Le Colimaçon every time we visit Paris. The food is always sumptuous and all the servers are always friendly and helpful. This restaurant is an institution and if you are looking for a place to eat well, I am sure that Le Colimaçon will please you.

18/12/2024: I truly don’t understand how this place could have anything but a 5 star rating. From beginning to end, this was our favorite meal while in Paris! Very kind, accommodating, and made great recommendations. The interior was cozy and romantic. 100% will be back.

02/10/2024: For me one of the best restaurants in Paris, the service is attentive, the products are chosen to perfection and cooked wonderfully, every little detail that we notice is a good surprise. It's a constant pleasure, from start to finish.

29/09/2024: Pamela Popo is a bit like a hidden treasure in the heart of the Marais. From the outside, you might think it's a simple restaurant, but when you walk through the door, you enter a real little world of its own! Well, we waited 10 minutes despite having a reservation (the wait was surely to prepare us psychologically for this feast), but as soon as the dishes arrived, we forgot everything. The staff is really nice, but then the food... I don't know what they put in it, but it's pure magic! Gnocchi? To die for! Special mention for the duck, perfectly cooked, and the sauce, it's goldsmith's work. As someone who is not really a fan of crème brûlée, this one managed to change my mind, and the fig-pistachio-ginger pavlova, a real taste crush! As for drinks, a non-alcoholic cocktail that tastes like candy (you feel like you're going back to your childhood!) with lychee and rose, everything I like. In short, Pamela Popo, it's the best surprise since I found a note in my coat pocket last winter. I will come back, for sure!

09/12/2024: Beim letzten Paris-Trip haben wir hier spontan noch einen Platz für ein Dinner am Freitagabend bekommen. Ein hübsches kleines Lokal im Marais, das viele kleine Kleinigkeiten anbietet, die man sich, ähnlich wie Tapas, nach Wunsch zusammenstellen kann. Wir haben uns einmal quer durch die Karte probiert (kleine Quesadillas, Hühnchen, Meeresfrüchte, einen Mini-Burger, Ceviche und und und). Alles frisch und schmackhaft, guten Wein gab es ebenso. Und von wegen Pariser Restaurants seien alle überteuert und der Service unfreundlich: das Gegenteil ist hier der Fall! Werden beim nächsten Paris-Besuch definitiv wieder vorbeischauen.

24/11/2024: Un charmant restaurant où on est très bien accueilli pour déguster des bouchées : nous avons chacune choisi 3 bouchées (pour 18€), végétariennes par choix. Toutes étaient excellentes, une 7ème nous a été offerte pour goûter 😍 Les cocktails ou verre de vin qui accompagnaient étaient également de qualité. Une excellente soirée et un délicieux dîner, adresse recommandée !

10/07/2025: Everything was delicious and the service was top notch. You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu. Make reservations in advance if you can because it does get busy.

14/12/2024: The management has apparently changed and the soul of the restaurant has left with its former owner. The cuisine remains of high quality but the service and atmosphere are no longer there. Damage.

08/12/2024: The covid boss has infected us all. We didn't like it at all. When we are sick, we get replaced. He must therefore have contaminated hundreds of customers without looking at anything....Plus the pasta dishes were too salty, as usual. We went to this address from time to time for its practicality more than for its gastronomy, but that's it!

20/11/2024: GREAT Coffee. Everyone knows Australians are coffee snobs. We have left far too many half drunk (undrinkable) coffees all over Le Marais. This place offers great coffee, lovely staff, bike hire and bike tours. Also great fresh pastries (too many places serve yesterday’s bread!). Highly recommended for coffee aficionados and those looking for an interesting way to see the sights of Paris and further abroad in the Ile de France.

20/11/2024: Sensacional café. Todos saben que los australianos son esnobs del café. Dejamos demasiados cafés medio borrachos (inbebibles) por todo Le Marais hasta que encontramos este lugar. Gran café, personal amable encantador, deliciosos pasteles frescos (demasiados lugares sirven el pan de ayer). Como su nombre indica son amigables con las bicicletas (¡y amigables con los perros como en todas partes de París! ) y ofrecen alquiler de bicicletas y truchas para bicicletas de París y L’Ile de France. Muy recomendable para los aficionados al café y las personas que buscan una manera ordenada de ver los lugares de interés.
