06/07/2026: A wonderful place to discover in the 4th arrondissement, very close to the Maison Européenne de la Photographie. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, on a quiet little street, not too crowded with tourists. A new team, a new chef, but still that utterly delightful and convincing Japanese influence! For starters, a very tangy and refreshing beef tataki with fig and ginger oil, and for the main course, a beef tartare with a superb egg yolk espuma, a very attractive dish with layers of beef, seaweed, and rice. I also really enjoyed the dessert: green olive ice cream with peach pieces. I found that the common thread running through these dishes was a beautiful use of vegetables and freshness, all presented with elegance. The wines offered are natural wines, a fine selection, although the specialty remains a very interesting choice of sakes, with suggestions for each course on the lunch menu. I decided to try them and was delighted. Vingt vins d'art is truly a wonderful place that deserves to be discovered; I am still just as charmed by it on my third visit! I wish the new team all the best, especially since they are working in rather challenging conditions (a tiny kitchen in the restaurant dining room).

10/06/2026: The address was given to me by the maître d'hôtel of the excellent Campelli restaurant, just steps from the Louvre. Nestled on the discreet and historic rue du Cloche-Perce, one of the oldest streets in the Marais, Minori cultivates the art of discretion. Behind an unassuming facade, more reminiscent of a delivery counter than a formal dining establishment, lies one of the best-kept secrets of Parisian Japanese gastronomy. At the helm is Quyen, who boasts forty years of experience: he notably collaborated with the three-Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Anton in his early days and contributed to his first book, before dedicating the last twenty-five years to Minori. Here, there are no influencer campaigns, no garish neon signs, and no sushi chef performances designed for social media: Quyen belongs to a generation of restaurateurs who build their reputation through word-of-mouth and the loyalty of their clientele. In this tiny dining room with seating for about fifteen, regulars discreetly mingle with a few celebrities who come to savor sincere and impeccable cuisine. Frédéric Anton describes the place as "royal," while Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Jean-Jacques Goldman, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, and photographer Bettina Rheims, some of whose photographs adorn the walls, are among the loyal patrons. Beyond the excellent sushi, sashimi, maki, and Japanese specialties prepared to order, Quyen regularly offers its regulars a few off-menu creations, such as its famous foie gras maki or superb fish of remarkable freshness, like sea bass, filleted live and served immediately. A rare, authentic, and unpretentious gem, where the quality of the food speaks for itself, with a delivery service always available for those who prefer to stay home.

11/05/2026: Incredible restaurant, I highly recommend it! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the owners are incredibly kind. They welcomed our group of 11 into a room at the back of the restaurant, which allowed us to talk freely without disturbing the other customers. The value for money is also excellent! What more can I say… Perfect, perfect, perfect!

10/05/2026: We were extremely disappointed by the food at this small, highly-rated restaurant. While the welcome and service were impeccable, and the dining room was cozy and attractively decorated, the food itself was far from satisfactory! The croquettes for starters were rather bland, and the ginger chicken and confit pork were swimming in an unsubtle and indigestible sauce. One of us even suffered from stomach pains during the night... In short, we do not recommend it.

01/07/2026: Last Saturday, I ordered the Sushi, Sashimi, and Kebab Set Menu. The fish served at the table looked anything but fresh, lying on a bed of very tired-looking black radish...!!! I got sick as soon as I got home. They clearly had a problem with the cold chain, or the fish wasn't fresh...!!! Not only do I advise all my friends against going to this restaurant, but I also advise anyone who cares about their health against going there. I'll spare you the details of my evening after eating their set menu, feeling as tired as a senior citizen in a French nursing home...!!!

22/06/2026: Located in the heart of the Marais district, this quality restaurant welcomes you on two floors. The service is good, as is the quality of the food. My last experience was the mixed shirashi, one of the best in the neighborhood. Good quality and affordable prices—a great place for an Asian culinary break. 👍

15/06/2026: Disappointing food, the vegetarian burger was bland. It was edible, but sadly, it lacked enjoyment. The menu is inconsistent, and the cuisine has no personality or distinctive features. I ate, but I didn't enjoy it at all.
