01/01/2026: New Year's Eve menu at €90 per person: a huge disappointment. At this price, we rightfully expected a high-quality experience, which was unfortunately not the case at all. Appetizers and hors d'oeuvres: very dry, tasteless, giving a bad impression from the start. Starter: very soggy toasts, tasteless foie gras, clearly below the expected standard for a festive menu. Main courses: bland overall, lacking real flavor and skill. Cheeses: one of them was simply inedible. Dessert: shattered raspberry cake, tasteless whipped cream, sloppy presentation—unworthy of a New Year's Eve menu. The overall presentation of the dishes gives the impression of carelessly assembled ingredients, which is particularly disappointing for an evening like December 31st. Another important point: the origin of the meats, as advertised in the establishment, which is predominantly non-French, is surprising given the high price of the New Year's Eve menu. Considering the overall experience, we felt we had wasted nearly €200, which is very frustrating. Regarding the welcome and service, the manager's attitude seemed unfriendly and uninvolved, while the manager, more cordial, appeared to handle most of the service and organization throughout the evening. This imbalance in service unfortunately did not improve our experience. We were familiar with this establishment under the previous owner, and the difference in quality is now sadly glaring. A very disappointing experience. We will not be returning.
