11/06/2026: A fantastic team and quality pizzas and burgers since the change of ownership. The difference is remarkable. A nice bonus is the high tables and barrel seating, perfect for an occasional (or much more regular) aperitif. ;)

08/06/2026: This snack bar has undergone a real transformation, now offering high-quality products. The hamburgers are made with fresh steaks, and the pizza dough is excellent. Plus, discovering a new hamburger each week is a real treat. The three men in the kitchen are very friendly, always smiling, and ready to chat. I'm delighted to see that this snack bar has been taken over in the right direction, prioritizing food quality. The upcoming opening of a larger space is very promising, and their construction project is very well thought out. Don't hesitate to go; you won't regret it! A Gardéchoise's word! 😊😉😁

09/07/2026: How can they call this a restaurant, a pizzeria?! First of all, the two dishes weren't served at the same time! We ordered a "Vercors" salad with lettuce, Saint Marcellin cheese, cured ham, and onion listed as the first ingredients. Yes, lettuce was there, Saint Marcellin cheese in four tiny pieces (see photo), and cured ham cut into strips (unheard of in a restaurant!). For my friend, it was much worse: three choices of meat... the one she chose... no longer acceptable (it would have been nice to know this beforehand). So, we ordered a steak cooked medium with only lettuce. The steak arrived (a nice piece), but it was cooked rare and served with fries and a little lettuce. We asked for the steak to be cooked further and mentioned that we didn't want fries. The meat came back, not the same piece, and cooked to a crisp. However, the fries were removed, and a little lettuce was added. Terrible disappointment. I ordered a large coffee (see photo), and when asked "did everything go well?", no, everything went badly. The owner, right behind me, didn't move, even though he heard and turned around. Zero customer service skills. I've known Le Mines for many years (family lives in Saint-Priest). Absolutely avoid this place unless you want to eat badly!!

09/07/2026: I went there with a group of friends, and the atmosphere and service were impeccable, warm, and welcoming. The waitresses were always available and smiling, which isn't always the case. The food arrived fairly quickly (it's normal for it to take longer if it's busy). Allergies are taken into account; they are very careful about them. Honestly, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and so did my friends. I highly recommend this small, family-run restaurant.

11/07/2026: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ The only real positive point about this restaurant is the view, which is absolutely magnificent. Unfortunately, the rest doesn't live up to it. The fries tasted like they'd been cooked in excessively used oil, with a flavor reminiscent of fried food. I also found a strange substance in my drink, which is really unacceptable. Upon arrival, we were told that the wait for pizzas was too long and that we'd be better off ordering a burger. This is quite surprising considering there are dozens of pizzas on the menu. In my opinion, it would be better to offer fewer choices but make them properly, rather than having a huge menu that's difficult to manage. The burger was okay, but frankly, nothing exceptional. The waiter was alone, but he remained very kind and professional nonetheless. So he wasn't the problem. The restaurant also seems a bit neglected. It's a real shame, because with a view like that, there's enormous potential. By improving the quality of the food and the organization, the experience could be so much better.

21/07/2026: We're on vacation and for the past 10 days we've been coming regularly to the Guinguette du Moulin because their ice cream and meals are delicious and plentiful. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and welcoming. Fast service from a young and dynamic team. Thank you!

21/03/2026: It had been a really long time since I'd eaten such a good pizza. Generous, flavorful, and the crust was perfect. The waitress was very professional, despite her young age. The service was top-notch, and her friendliness and helpfulness were a real pleasure. A pleasant surprise for our visit last night. We just forgot the can of soda for the raffle. So next time we'll have a drink waiting for us. 😂 In conclusion, it's so nice and enjoyable to discover little places like this. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
