18/08/2026: Beautiful nature reserve! You shouldn't be afraid of heights... I even cycled the Gorges once from Le Gard. Tough (steep slopes) but majestic. In the high season, however, it gets very crowded with tourists who view it more as an amusement park than a nature reserve. A little further south lies the Gard Cévennes, much quieter!!

13/08/2026: A magnificent place, with incredible natural surroundings. Unfortunately, the first thing you'll hear every morning, from 8:00 AM until 7:30 PM, is the ultralight aircraft and small planes flying over the Pont d'Arc. Their truly unpleasant drone clearly spoils the experience and completely detracts from this exceptional location. How can a handful of people be allowed to ruin the enjoyment of thousands of tourists and locals? I sincerely believe that the town of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and the nature reserve should clearly prohibit this type of activity over this site. Attached is a short excerpt of what you can hear.

18/08/2026: We were here tonight and what a fantastic restaurant! The beautiful garden immediately creates a cozy atmosphere. There were nine of us: four adults and five children. We were received incredibly warmly and hospitably, something you unfortunately don't experience everywhere as a tourist, and certainly not with a group of children 🤣. There was plenty of choice among various pastas, pizzas, and octopus, among other things. In the end, we had a delicious meal; everything was full of flavor and prepared with care. The desserts were also fantastic. We had a wonderful evening. Delicious food, a beautiful location, and above all, very hospitable. Highly recommended!

13/08/2026: Excellent find this lunchtime. We stumbled upon it by chance. Very large free parking lot nearby. Everything was perfect from aperitif to dessert. The meat was excellent (beef skewer (hanger steak)), homemade fries, salad, and the sauce was perfect. The welcome and service were impeccable. The owner asked us during the meal if everything was alright, which is becoming rare. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you, we had a lovely time and left with regret. Thank you! 2 Tarn locals on the go ☺️

28/08/2026: Kudos to the chef for these delicious pizzas! 🍕 We highly recommend it! It's well worth the trip. The service was exceptional, 🤩 and they're totally flexible, even accommodating the most unusual requests. If you don't finish (the pizzas are quite generous), you can take the leftovers home for the next day! 😋😋😋😋

31/08/2026: I've ordered from them several times, and they're always great, no complaints, but tonight the bread wasn't fresh; it must have been yesterday. There was very, very little sauce inside! We're used to better on it tonight!

13/08/2026: An excellent spot for pizza lovers in Annonay. We thoroughly enjoyed the different pizzas we tried, especially the one generously topped with black olives and anchovy fillets. The dough is perfect and the ingredients are delicious. We truly appreciated the quality of the preparation; it was a real treat for the taste buds. A must-try that I highly recommend.

02/09/2026: Very good wood fire baked pizzas. Highly recommend. It’s located in a quiet street and while it doesn’t match the view of some other places the quality of the pizzas is worth the visit. The place is run by lovely people that are super welcoming and friendly (also to our little one of 2,5 years old who was amazed by the pizza oven)

08/08/2026: Excellent restaurant! The hamburgers are fantastic, with artisanal buns and quality French beef. It's great value for money. We'll definitely be back!
